Serving guests since June 11th, 1955, Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus is now sharing the excitement and pleasure of 60 years of service with its guests through , menus and campaigns.
On Thursday, June 11th, 2015, the hotel’s birthday, the 60th guest who checks in the hotel will be upgraded to the Presidential Suite Furthermore, a birthday cocktail will be held for all guests on the same evening.
In addition to reviving the original logo from 1955, Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus also offers a special 60th anniversary menu prepared by Executive Chef Andreas Scheuregger and F&B Manager Hasan Sabuncu with an inspiration from the menus offered in 1955. The 60th Anniversary Menu offers a classic selection from 60 years of cuisine with updated presentations.

Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus was one of the first steps in the brand founder Conrad Hilton’s plans to penetrate the European market. During his European tour in 1950, Conrad Hilton decided to open the first hotels in Istanbul and Rome. And Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, or Istanbul Hilton as it was then called, was opened on June 11th, 1955.
Attaching special importance to Istanbul Hilton, Conrad Hilton organized a magnificent opening for the hotel.
